Look at him go!! This house is really starting to look like a house. I'm so proud of Trav and all the hard work he's put into it. I'll call him daily (which I'm sure he gets quite annoyed with at times) and he is always just so busy workin' on this place. I'm excited for him!! I love going to Lethbridge for visits. Last weekend, we had to hand out a good portion of our invitations to people in Lethbridge as his parents are on a lovely voyage around Europe. With Trav being as busy as he is, I thought it would be good for him if I came and helped him.... oh, not to mention that his license is suspended for a month!!! So, he wouldn't have been able to hand deliver those unless he walked. However, who am I kidding... any opportunity I get to spend time with this boy, I'll do it!!
Last week, after one of my appointments, my dad and I thought we would stop at good ol' McD's for some lunch. I was feeling a happy meal and I was definitely happy when I opened the box to find this darling thing!! I love McDonalds... and this was just too cute. I had to post it.
My little sister, Sarah, graduated!!! How beautiful is she? It is hard for me to believe that I graduated 3 years ago and that she is actually old enough to be graduating high school. She had such a fun weekend and looked so cute!! I am proud of her. She is a smart, fun and charismatic little gal' that is going to accomplish great things. She heads off to BYU-Idaho at the end of the summer!! She's going to do a lot of fun things and break a lot of hearts. I can already tell :)
Meghan Maxwell is a GEM!! We got our pictures back a week or two ago and I am obsessed with them. They were exactly what I wanted!! Trav and I had so much taking the pictures and I think you can really tell when you look at them. We finally got all the invites sent out- - a few left, but MOST of them are all out. I'm so, so, SO excited!! The big day is really on it's way.
We also booked our honeymoon!!! We are going on a CRUISE!!! So, the week after we get married, we are actually going to spend a week in Waterton (the gates to heaven) and then go on our cruise the week after. We are so excited to lounge in the sun and eat as much food as we want!! Yay!
I got my wisdom teeth pulled today. I'm actually feeling pretty dang good! MUCH better than I expected. I'm starting to feel the soreness right now... but, really nothing I can't handle! I don't know what my problem was, but I was so nervous before I went under. I was scared!!! But, I really don't remember much after they gave me my IV. They said I would slowly get tired and the next thing I knew... I had the best nap of my life. 5 minutes later, I woke up with nasty gauze in my mouth. Just the weirdest thing ever! I was dreading it, but boy am I glad that it's over. I'm going to avoid taking pain pills because they seriously did not sit well with me. Let's just hope that the pain doesn't worsen all that much :)
Other than that... I'm so happy and loving life! It's nice to be be home and rest my body. I've needed it. I'm so excited for the upcoming events! My friends, Alexis, Kim, Karin and Aubri are coming up a week before the wedding and I am so excited to show them what Canada has to offer!! Fus had a small taste of it last year, but this year... they will be blown away!! Can't wait . ALSO... I have a job! I've been working a lot of long shifts trying to make a little bit of moula! I work at Joe Fresh in Cross Iron mall. I love the clothes and I'm a fan of money- - not to mention I get a killer discount! However, I know that I do not want to work retail for the rest of my life. But, it's been a good experience for me :)
